  • What do you stand for?

I stand for personal freedom through forgiveness and self-awareness. I live to help women look beyond self-limiting barriers to help them make healthy deposits towards the best version of themselves.

  • What’s your favorite beauty hack?

My favorite beauty hack is using concealer to make my eyebrows slightly more arched. Sometimes it is difficult to schedule an eyebrow appointment on-the-move and learning how to masterfully use concealer has helped shaped my eyebrows for success.

  • Where do you want to be in 5 years? 10 years?

In the next five years, I want to speak on large stages to help women overcome insecurities and self-doubt. I want to use my story as a testimony to show women that they are capable of living a life of abundance. In ten years to hope to complete my PhD on the effects of media on young women and conduct a large study of self-esteem with a major corporation.

  • How do you maintain work/life balance?

I determine my priorities and set non-negotiables for the things I am not willing to compromise, which include time with family/husband and creative time. It has become neccessary to establish boundaries among my clients and loved ones so I can operate in excellence, produce the best work, and maintain a sense of integrity and peace.

  • Walk us through the step by step process that allowed you to be where you are today?

    1) I had to get to know myself and learn to be more than fine with the woman I saw in front of the mirror. 2) I learned how to stop Compartmentalizing my emotions and become interdependent as I learned to heal and forgive myself and others. 3) I found a creative outlet to express myself (blog) and built a small tribe of women who seek freedom and confidence. 4) I speak to young girls and women about confidence and why it is neccessary to live life without limitations. 5) I used my skills in marketing and branding from employers to help build my brand

  • If a youngin came up to you asking for advice and you only had a few minutes, what would you say?

I would tell them that their past does not define their self-worth. Learn how to make direct choices and steer away from being double minded. When you know who you are and have the confidence to be yourself authentically, you will never have to stress about certain decisions because your values will guide you in the right direction. Never be afraid to be yourself and live life without fear.
