What It Means When Real Brown Girls Come Together

When you bring a dope group of Real Brown Girls together it’s something like a big deal. Sable of Real Brown Girls LLC, hosted a soiree that was absolutely amazing. It highlighted the true definition of women doing their thing while grinding hard to make a name for themselves and leaving their legacy behind. It quickly grew into sisterhood of empowerment, encouragement, and inspiration. We thought this would be the perfect first event for QueenDem to attend, and it turns out we were right. It felt so good to share our vision with other like-minded women. The event was nothing short of what we expected; in fact it was everything and more. The fact that it was hosted at Le Noire Home in Jersey City made it even better. The décor left us in awe from the moment we walked in. It was everything a girl could ask for good food, good drinks and great company. There was not one person in there that we didn’t mingle with. The age difference varied, which meant the level of creativeness, left us speechless.

What we loved most about this event was, it set a bar like no other. We all hate the stereotype nonsense that society labels black women, you know, black women are bitter we don’t like to compliment each other so on and so forth. It’s pretty frustrating as a black woman but it was uplifting to be in a room full of Real Brown Girls. It wasn’t any room for the negative vibes society created it was complete bliss.

We met some really unique and pioneering woman like Matha of But-A-Cake who puts a delicious twist on cakes. Sydney Bell of Sol who makes timeless handmade jewelry As well as the creator of essentialsBoxx Alexandra. It was nothing but Real Brown Girls creating #BlackGirlMagic.
